"Very surprising to see this style of hotel in Pammukale. Great room, we were given the corner suite with a separate bedroom and huge lounge and dining area. Two single beds and a baby cot were delivered to us for our 3 children. Breakfast was good. Dinner was also included and was a buffet style. 6 minute drive to the thermal pools of Pammukale and Heirapolis. Would definately recommend this hotel. Great value for money."

"Experienced a perfect relaxing getaway at Richmond Pamukkale hotel. The best is the outdoor thermal pool which is open till midnight. It is a beautiful hotel with garden, activities and 3 pools. A great food menu and selection at both breakfast and dinner. The staff of the hotel is welcoming and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean with good air conditioning. I truly had an awesome time would surely recommend if you want to unwind during your visit to the Beyaz Cennet of Türkiye. Also a very special thanks to Ebru Hanim, my flight and connection had been delayed and I was reaching the hotel late, she made sure to have coordinated very well and kept my room ready for me after a long travel."

"The two days we spent at this hotel were wonderful. We didn't expect much in the beginning but the staff treated us very well, happily fulfilled our requests and the lady who cleaned our room was a wonder. Everyone was very friendly and engaging. Food and breakfast were good, but the hotel was crowded so it could be messy. We enjoyed a lot and left happy."

"I was shocked and disappointed with my hotel price at this hotel. This is my second time staying here and I didn't have this problem the first time. I am Turkish and my husband is a foreigner, and he did the hotel reservation on the main website. When we checked in, I overheard a Turkish family pay less than 2,000 Turkish lira than us for their total trip. I asked the front desk and they told me that even on the hotel website, foreigners get a higher price. Since my husband did it in his name, they didn't know that I am Turkish and I was upset to learn about the price difference. I stayed in other hotels in Turkey and there wasn't a foreigners hotel price difference. We had five-room and a total of 10,000 TL paid extra. Management didn't do anything about this situation. It was really shameful to me and my guests getting a different price for the hotel. "

"It was a nice hotel, just needs some maintenance. Other than that, the pools were sufficient and enjoyable. The staff serve with great admiration, they need an award. Our bathroom was clean, it was a short stay that we enjoyed overall."
